We build sites according to our customers' specifications. We also handle land acquisition, power, documentation and compliance with legal requirements JOB SUMMARY Company: ATC Tower Ghana Limited Industry: Telecommunication Category: Sales/Business Location: Accra Job Status: Full-time Salary: GH¢  Education: University degree Experience: N/A Job Expires: 20 Jul, 2012 Contact: 0302-652901 Job Description You will work directly with the mobile network operators to understand their infrastructure development requirements and network expansion plans. Working for the Head of Sales & Customer Support, you will develop the necessary account strategy, will prospect within his/her assigned accounts, develop strong and loyal customer relations and ensure consistent strategic and technical information flows between our teams. Specifically obtain detailed information on customer build plans, determine the appropriate infrastructure solutions, qualify site licensing opportunities, execute site licenses, track the development of collocation and build to suit sites from initial enquiry to sites on-site, ensure that customer billing is accurate and is responsible for complete customer satisfaction including service level arrangements, manage business risks, see business opportunities and develop new services and products Required Skills or Experience Degree Qualified Experience in interfacing with internal and external customers at all levels of management An active listener with the ability to represent and communicate customer opportunities to key stakeholders A working understanding of wireless networks, their basic architecture, and the role of site selection and the construction of wireless networks Successful experience working with and selling to current mobile network operators in Ghana An understanding of the key links between reporting data, forecasting, business development and customer satisfaction How To Apply Interested persons should send their application letters, CV's, and copies of relevant academic documents to the email: hr@americantower.com.gh  Or ATC Tower (Ghana) Limited Masida House, Ako Adjei Interchange P.
