JOB SUMMARY   Company: GHS Housing Limited Industry: Real Estate Category: Engineering Location: Pokuase Job Status: Full-time Salary: GH¢  Education: First Degree Experience: 1 years Job Expires: 02 Feb, 2013 Job Description The candidate must be able to: Prepare designs, drawings and sketches for projects Liaise with internal and external clients to implement projects Prepare material schedules and cost estimates for projects Provide setting out and engineering directions in all aspects of our projects Monitor projects to ensure quality and durable construction under safe working condition s Provide weekely, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to management Provide other engineering support as may be required by management  We provide excellent remuneration, training and mentoring rewards to suitably qualified persons.
