Roles and Responsibilities: Assures risk management including assessments are performed in accordance with TGL Risk Management Process Provide information on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to established procedures Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedure to include but not limited to: Permit to Work system, Lock-out/Tag-out System Conducts safety induction for all visitors and new employees Lead and/or participate in daily morning safety meetings Monitor compliance against the monthly HSE schedule Lead and/or participate in an Incident Investigation finding the root causes and taking remedial actions Perform environmental audits to a ISO 14001 standard Ensure that all work being performed on any TGL premises or areas of responsibility is done so in a safe manner in accordance TGLs procedures Support and implement any Behavioral safety programmes in use by TGL Perform in-house raining as and when required Chair monthly safety meetings for all staff at TGL Ensure all KPIs are met as defined by TGL management Coach and mentor EHS Advisors Required Skills or Experience Degree or equivalent in an Engineering or Earth Science discipline Minimum of 15 years experience in upstream oil and gas industry A formal qualification in EHS (minimum NEBOSH Gen cert) Certified Auditor ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 Ability to work cross-functionally and with multi-disciplined teams Flexible approach and able to work under pressure   How To Apply Interested applicants should send detailed cv's to email: ghanacareers@tullowoil.com  Search for Other Jobs Here
