Job Description

The above position is available pending an award of a USAID/Ghana Education Learning Program as the position is full time and will be located in Accra Ghana.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage materials development process for capacity building training program;
  • Coordinate efforts across components of the project;

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

Required Skills or Experience

  • Master's Degree in social sciences or relevant field degree preferred;
  • 5-7 years' experience in formal and non-formal education training and workshop facilitation for community-based interventions; and capacity building activities
  • Experienced in training of trainers design, materials development and implementation for achievement of capacity building program objectives
