Key Responsibilities: Assist in formulating technical proposals and monitoring energy efficiency projects Assist in developing and implementing projects in collaboration with relevant agencies in efficient energy production, transmission and distribution Assist in the elaboration of rules and regulations to ensure standards and proper labeling regime for appliances Explore opportunities of climate-related financing mechanisms to finance energy efficiency project Make appropriate recommendations relating to the efficiency and effectiveness of energy efficient projects Required Skills or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Masters Degree in Economics, Finance or related discipline with at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience in the energy sector  Competencies: Knowledge in research and analytical techniques Knowledge in Project Management and Evaluation High computer proficiency Good knowledge of the role of other regulators in the energy sector Competencies in report writing and presentation Ability to work with little or no supervision Team player and good interpersonal relations Ability to travel and work in remote areas of Ghana Self-motivated and proactive How To Apply Interested persons should apply with curriculum vitae, three referees (two of whom must be work-related, one being his immediate supervisor).
