To develop Plant operational standards in order to improve efficiency and quality of aggregates. To monitor crushing plant replacement parts and re-ordering levels required to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Crushing Plant. To ensure regular preventive maintenance of Plant. To compile regular milling reports as required by the Company. To develop a Plant operational Manual and ensure safety operational methods of the Crushing Plant at all times Monthly and Quarterly aggregates production and operational reports.
