JOB SUMMARY Company: Teledataict Ltd Industry: Telecommunication Category: Account Management Location: Accra Job Status: Full-time Salary: GH¢  Education: Bachelor's Experience: 4 years Job Expires: 03 Jun, 2013 Job Description The purpose of this position is to nurture and build strong relationship with assigned existing key accounts and to plan retention and development strategies for increasing sales.  The position holder will act as day-to-day and central point of contact for technical and business issues for assigned key accounts; Establish and maintain strong relationships through close contact account management, including regular face-to-face meeting, telephone and email communication; Prospect for new customers and expand customer database to include new customers, i.e. new sales; Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin sales process; Monitor customer satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction; and Set own priorities and schedule to meet established goals.   Required Skills or Experience Qualified candidates for this position will possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years hands-on experience in sales and key account management.
