Job Summary: The incumbent shall provider strategic HR leadership to effectively manage APE resources and Human Capital. Job Summary and Responsibilities: - Responsible for recruitment and selection, contract issues and professional development measures
- Responsible for implementing procedures as required, specifically operational and administrative tasks
- Implements national personnel policies in line with local regulations and laws. A good working knowledge of Ghana Labour laws will be appreciated
- Advises the Chief Executive Officer on basic HR policy issues
- Administers the monthly payroll of staff and statutory deductions
- Assumes conceptual and co-ordination tasks in HR management on behalf of the company
- Ensures contract processing and assist staff on all HR matters
- Provide advice on retention policies and succession planning
- Develop business training plans and budget in consultation with departmental heads and finance
- Lead and co-ordinate effective performance management including staff appraisal and organizational development
Remuneration: Very attractive remuneration and other benefits are assured Required Skills or Experience - MSc/MBA in Business Administration (HRM Option) in related disciplined or its equivalent from a recognized University
- Should possess relevant working experience, in a similar assignment in a senior management position
- A member of a recognized Human Resource Professional Association-CIDP (UK) or Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP Ghana) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM Ghana) would be an added advantage
