Practical experience in psychology of minimum 5 year with vulnerable children and/ or young adults. Good command of MS office package. Ability to work in rural urban communities. Driving license and knowledge of Twi, Ga/Dangme, and / or Ewe will be an advantage. Good organizational skills. Excellent professional writing skills. Ability to meet clients in the Eastern Region, Greater Accra Region and other regions as needed. Demonstrate s good professional boundaries. Demonstrate a non-judgment and non – bias attitude. Inclusive all of different ethnic groups, religious beliefs, and alternative lifestyles. Can remain calm under pressure and meet necessary deadlines as needed. Makes appropriate referrals and familiar with the local mental health and social services available in Ghana.
