Responsibilities for Health Co-ordinator:

  • Management and coordination of health programmes in the National Society and report of the Secretary General
  • Strengthen links with Government and Partners
  • Support disaster management
  • Resource mobilisation for health programmes, execution of Operational plans and monitoring of projects
  • Should be ready to work at odd hours
  • To advocate and promote the Red Cross fundamental principles; Humanity, Independence, Neutrality, Impartiality, Voluntary service, Unity and Universality
Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience

Required Skills or Experience

  • Master's degree in public health or relevant field with at least 3 years post qualification experience or first degree with at least 10 years post qualification experience
  • At least five years experience in Humanitarian work at Senior management level
  • Good at Report writing and Communication skills
  • Team player and ability to co-ordinate projects
  • Computer literate

Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager, Organizational Effectiveness She/he will be responsible for improving the organizational effectiveness and employee engagement globally through targeted strategies and interventions.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide project leadership in the area of change management
  • Accountable for the development and execution of change management plans
  • Develop and implement change management plan/tactics to engage stakeholders at all levels to share a common vision
  • Work with Change Leads to define and implement change management and communications activities, messages
  • Provide guidance and ensure consistency of client group's messaging globally

Required Skills or Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in the extractive industry and direct change management experience

  • Certification and experience using multiple change management methodologies
  • High level of energy, sense of urgency, and passion for building personal and organizational change capability

Distribution Executive

The Distribution Executive works with channels partners to ensure stock availability, outlet branding and channel staff training in the market served by iBurst Africa Ghana under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and monitor stock availability within the channels.
  • Implement channel recruitment and maintenance strategies
  • Assist in the recruitment of Resellers according to iBurstAfrica procedures
  • Conduct regular visits to super dealers' and resellers' outlets to ensure adherence to visibility standards
  • Manage Super Dealer and reseller contracts, ensuring that these are current and signed by both parties.
  • Assist in the performance appraisals for Resellers.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings with resellers to advise them on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • Educate Resellers on existing and new iBurst products.

Required Skills or Experience

  • An HND in Marketing or related subjects.
  • At least 3 years experience in Direct Marketing, Channel Management and Sales.
  • At least 2 years experience in motorcycle riding.
  • Experience in the Telecommunications industry and operating a multi-line telephone switchboard would be an advantage.
  • Must possess excellent negotiating skills, ability to build and develop strong relationships
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and presentation software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
